I’m staying in a really fancy hotel right now, and feel so special. I just have one question. What is an exfoliating cleanser?
I’m actually presenting to a group of educator, and they thing this is very fun — and most of them are still awake. One person says that I should use exfoliating cleanser every day.
I\\\’m no expert, but an exfoliating cleanser is just a face wash that is made to clean out your pours and clean off dead skin. Some times these cleansers have mild abrasives or something like alcohol to get your skin going. These soaps get rid of that top layer of dead skin, a lot of people say this makes you look younger.
You could experiment a bit- maybe it is a new type of toothpaste.
I got such a chuckle from this post, Dave. (It’s gloomy in Ohio so I neede it.) Dave Lamorte is right on the money; it’s primary function is to take off dead skin. It’s something we women might do to pamper ourselves but I think everyone should pamper themselves now and then. I say, go for it! You deserve it!
Isn’t it a new product from Proctor and Gamble that you use to wash, and therefore reuse, aluminum foil? 🙂
I use it everyday, David, and I think it helps me keep a bit of a glow. It is recommended that folks my (our?) age exfoliate regularly, especially in the winter. Wikipedia suggests: “Removing excess dead skin cells can reveal the younger and healthier-looking skin underneath.” Should you decide to become a regular exfoliater, please share pics!
Use it with a loofa.
David, I would suggest you consider Primavera’s Refining Exfoliating Cleanser, if you want the quality of your products to equal the quality of your presentations.
