No kidding! It’s fueled, loaded and ready for this really stout guy to cme out and jerk the propellers. The last time I flew into Maine it was in a plane like this. But that wa Presk Isle, north of the arctic circle. Just kidding. Today is turning into an adventute.
adventute aye… 😉
I like that idea.
(an institute for adventure…intellectual adventures even!)
David,
I know the feeling. I’m flying up to Marquette, Michigan today and I bet the plane has a propeller. Marquette, Michigan -the home of Northern Michigan University-have you ever been there? Me either. But tomorrow teachers up there are going to hear about living textbooks.

David, as a boy who grew up in the woods of Maine, I first salute you and your trip to the land of “Ayuh.” At the same time, I have to push your spell-check instincts by noting that Presque Isle deserves to be noted with its French roots in the letter choice. Not quite north of the Artic Circle. It can actually get quite warm up there. Not Florida hot, but warmer than you’d expect. BTW, how was your time up in Vacationland? Cheers, Christian
