What 2000 Calories looks like.

These types of demonstrations are always interesting to me. The most interesting part being the comparison of healthy and unhealthy foods in terms of amount of calories.

For instance I was very pleased to see that a Cinnabon has the same amount of calories as a Cobb salad. I’m sure they’re just as equal in every other nutritional category as well. ;)

  1. I could totally eat three of those Cinnabons! So good! It’s amazing how it looks like it takes way more fruit to get to 2000 calories compared to the fast food which only takes a couple of items!

    Im a student at the University of South Alabama in Mobile and taking an EDM310 micro computing class with Dr. Strange. This definitely made me want some bacon! Its amazing how some people do not realize what they are putting into their bodies-not just in terms of calories. Thanks for sharing!
